Photos and Camera Images: When you use the Words Camera feature, images are uploaded to our cloud storage to identify objects and generate vocabulary. Images are stored in your private folder and deleted when you delete your account.
Audio Recordings: Voice recordings for speech-to-text transcription are processed via speech recognition and are not stored after processing.
2.3 Usage Data
App Interactions: We track which lessons you complete, how you interact with features, your XP and level, achievements, daily streaks, and review patterns to personalize content and improve our algorithms.
2.4 Subscription Information
Purchase History: Your subscription status, plan type (Free/Pro), and transaction records are managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data exclusively for educational purposes:
- Personalization: Tailoring lessons to your proficiency level and learning style
- Progress Tracking: Calculating XP, levels, streaks, and spaced repetition schedules
- AI-Generated Content: Creating custom lessons, conversations, and vocabulary based on your needs

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account directly in the app settings. Account deletion has a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel. After 7 days, all your data is permanently deleted, including vocabulary, progress, and uploaded images.

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using Tayseer AI, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
