1. Acceptance
By using Tayseer AI, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account
You must create an account to use Tayseer AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Subscriptions
Tayseer AI offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro, Max, and an Organization plan for teachers). Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the store's terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tayseer AI only for its intended purpose: learning Arabic. You may not misuse the AI features to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Your content. Photos, recordings, chat messages and lesson media you upload remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them to provide the service, including sending them to the AI services named in our Privacy Policy. Upload only content you have the right to use. If you author lessons for an organization, the images and audio you upload are stored on our media service and can be opened by anyone who has their address — do not upload media you would not publish.
5. AI-Generated Content
Tayseer AI uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. AI-generated content is provided for learning purposes only and may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. This includes the AI assistant's answers, the Arabic labels Word Cam places on your photos, and the score and tip you receive in pronunciation practice — treat all of them as a learning aid, not a verdict.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology in Tayseer AI are owned by Schamil Abubakarov. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.
7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app's settings (Account → "Deactivate or delete account"). Deletion takes effect immediately and removes your account, progress, chat sessions and uploaded photos. Lesson media you uploaded as an organization author stays with the lesson unless the organization removes it, and the App Store or Google Play keeps its own purchase history. 8. Limitation of Liability
Tayseer AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
